  • What charges/services are included in the plans?

    • Electricity

    • WiFi

    • Tea/Coffee

  • Do you provide internet facilities? 

    • WiFi is included in all plans.

  • Is there a tea/coffee and pantry facility? 

    • Tea/coffee and pantry facilities are included in all plans.

  • Are electricity charges included in the plan?

    • Electricity charges are included in all plans. 

  • Is there a phone booth available for use?

    • A phone booth is available and included in all plans. 

 

  • Is parking available at the location?

    • Yes, a parking space is available. 

  • What is the payment cycle and deposit requirement?

    • We operate an upfront payment policy; payment is required to be made at the start of every month. There is a deposit requirement of 1 month’s charges at the beginning, which will be refunded at termination. 

  • Do I need to sign a contract and for how long?

    • A 6 month contract needs to be signed at the beginning. A one month notice is required for termination.   

  • Is IT support available?

    • Yes, including WiFi and fingerprint access. 

  • Who is eligible for the partner benefits?

    • Offers/credits from our partner ecosystem are offered only to startups housed at the CIIE.CO incubation space.

  • What are the timings of the workspace?

    • The space operates from 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Saturday. The Tomorrow Cafe operates 7 days a week until midnight.

  • Will you have events for members?

    • We regularly organize events for our community. The upcoming event schedule can be found on the events page. 

  • Can I use the incubation address for my business address and mail?

    • The official address can be used for communication purposes only, not as a registered business address. 

  • Can I bring clients or guests with me to the incubation space?

    • Clients or guests are welcome to use the meeting pods or meeting rooms. Meeting room credits will be included as per the plan. 

  • How can I terminate my contract?

    • A one month notice is required to terminate the contract. The initial deposit will be refunded at termination.
